In house managers development – Developing the cadre of managers, while
decoding the "needed DNA from a manager in the organization and building
training and development tools for leadership and management within the
organization. |
|
|
In every organization there is a preliminary stage of
analyzing and mapping the development needs of the organization and designing
accurate and relevant solutions to both the participant’s and the
organization’s needs.
|
|
The main targets of the managers development process:
- Establishing a managerial infrastructure which translates the vision and
values of the organization into managerial practices alongside a clarified
understanding of the manager’s job.
- Providing knowledge, skills and practical tools for managers that can
facilitate their performance at the areas and teams they lead.
- Clarigaing perceptions of management and leadership in an environment
characterized by changing conditions and a multiplicity of tasks..
|
|
The managers development processes which we lead, are
based on the following principles:
- Joint Responsibility - Managing the managers development process
together with managers within the organization and with HR, in purpose to create
a partnership in the planning, implementation and adaptation of the process.
- Expressing the Uniqueness of the Organization - Shaping the
management model to the organizational vision, values and norms.
- Action Learning - Bringing content from the
managers’ real-life work world as well as the inclusion of a practical
project/task as part of the learning process.
- From Learning to Implementation - Defining the
continuity of the learning process following the training, and creating a
foundation for subsequent assimilation within the organization.
