  • At least 3 years prior consulting experience.
  • Project management ability.
  • Leadership and professional innovation.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Education - at least an MA in relevant discipline.

Trainers:

  • Experience in group facilitation and instruction in business organizations -       at least 3 years experience.
  • Speciality in Management Development.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Education - MA in relevant disciplines.

Analysts and Trainees:

The TACK team also includes trainees who have completed a Masters degree with distinction and have garnered prior administrative or training experience.

  • Organizational analysis processes.
