Idea Lab - Innovation Management
Idea Lab is an organizational innovation management system that enables an organization to manage an idea collection campaign based on categories, participant responses, deliberation and selection, as well as ranking and filtering.
- Each campaign in the Idea Lab system allows:
- Flooding and filtering of ideas - Every employee in the organization can offer ideas and/or comment on existing ideas
- Forum - Discussion about every idea
- Rating (Evaluation & Ranking) - Displays rankings of all ideas by categories and overall
- Monitoring feasibility analysis - According to predetermined stages (research, business model, significance, etc.)
- Selecting leading ideas - Presenting top ideas and gathering responses and ratings from all employees
